Kimberly Heibel

Kimberly Heibel is a project and change management professional with over 25 years of leadership experience. She works with executives and upper management across multiple industries to get strategic projects back on track or set them up for success.  Once projects are stabilized, she provides coaching and training to company leaders to ensure objectives are reached and future projects start, and stay, on the pathway to success.

 

With a reputation for success, Kimberly has led over 250 projects and has taught others around the world how to lead projects leveraging Project Management Institutes methods, processes and tools. She can see through chaos and address situations to get them back on track FAST!  She learns fast and has rescued multiple multi-million-dollar projects in manufacturing, software development and supply chain.  An adept problem solver, she has produced results repeatedly, often leading teams to over-achieve their goals. 

 

Kimberly knows how projects should be architected and that healthy teams are led through an integrated process. She has developed the practical project management tools supporting the Project Management Institute’s guidelines. Her leadership and expertise helps teams effectively and efficiently plan and execute projects.

She resolved a global project situation for a $3B company who, after 9 months, was unable to implement a company-wide, 3rd party software solution. Kimberly quickly assessed the situation and worked with the leaders to put her recommendations into place.  From the time she took over,  the team hit every milestone on time and achieved the objectives. The executives were impressed and pleased with the outcomes.

She recently developed an entire set of tools for project and portfolio management for a company to enable accountability to get things done, visibility to better manage changes and support overall strategic goals.  The result on the first project set was a perfect outcome that they never had experienced before.

 

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Management degrees from Aquinas College in Michigan,USA.  She is certified as a professional project manager (PMP) through Project Management Institute and has experience with Agile methods, tools and processes as a past certified SCRUM Master.  Her education and professional certifications enable her to help multiple industries and project methodologies.
