As President and Principal Consultant, Kimberly Heibel is an expert in global, cross-functional project , program and portfolio leadership. As an expert in facilitation, and process management on a global scale, she has proven expertise in helping leaders achieve their goals. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005 with degrees in Business Administration and a Masters in Management.  

 

She has successfully led hundreds of projects and has developed tools  to visualize work in process so  business can get traction to move upward and forward.

Having worked in a global environments ( France, Germany, Spain, Malaysia, China, Mexico and the USA ) for in a variety of functions across the business.  Kimberly learned that projects, regardless of content or goals, have a consistent and dependable process.

Kimberly has led over 250 projects cross functionally with  experience in IT, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Product Development, Project portfolio systems development that have helped significantly reduce complexity while increasing discipline to process on the global stage.

 

She has taught project management at Davenport University for 6 years while working  in the corporate world.  She has taught project management in the countries around the  world on 3 continents/7 countries which has given her the skills to listen, learn and quickly understand various cultures necessary steps to move a company forward.

She has developed a comprehensive toolkit to help project managers lead projects more efficiently and effectively.  Developing a project management training / coaching program to provide inexperienced project leaders invaluable process and work management systems.
